My name is Lucie, I come from the Czech Republic but I live in Spain. I used to work as a hotel entertainer but in 2020 I fullfilled my dream and went to India to become a yoga teacher. I did the multistyle 200hrs training and after that I also completed 50hrs yin yoga course. At the beginning of this year I went back to India to get deeper knowledge. I passed the multistyle 300hrs yoga teacher training. Now I’m happy to be back in Spain to be able to teach you and share with you part of my yoga world.

Me llamo Lucie, soy de la república checa pero vivo en España. Antes trabajaba como animadora del hotel pero en 2020 decidí perseguir mi sueño, me fui a India para convertirme en instructora de yoga. Hice la formación de 200 horas de yoga multiestilo y después he completado también el curso de 50 horas del yin yoga. A principios de este año volví a India para profundizar el conocimiento sobre el yoga. Terminé la formación de instructora de yoga multiestilo de 300 horas. Ahora estoy de vuelta en España preparada para instruir y compartir con vosotros una parte de mi mundo del yoga.
